President of All Okinawa Full Contact Karate Association
Teaching Okinawa Kobudo, BO, SAI, NUNCHAKU, Okinawa Traditional
Karate and
giving an overview of Full Contact Karate. Special Kata and Bunkai training
from a
Master whose lineage dates back to Master Itosu and Master Chibana. A
rare
opportunity to train with a Master who has trained and been taught by
some of the
founders of karate.

Students must ensure they have a valid martial arts licence and
insurance.
Students, Please bring your kobudo, bo, sai and nunchaku. Bo kata
is shushi no kon.
Sai kata is Chikin shitahaku no Sai and Nunchaku is Maezatono nunchaku.
Drinks and light snacks can be purchased from DHC Potters Bar Health
Club.
